Warranty
Fi Fi Mind Trading warrants Marble Dining Table for one-year warranty, commencing from the delivery date. Any manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost but the delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, earthquake, flood, fire or accidents: including stains, scratches or damage from pets
- Damage caused by general day to day wear and tear
- Damage by use of detergents, or other harsh cleaning agents
- Damage by direct sunlight or in a humid environment
- Defective installation, product modification by customer or other parties not authorised by Fi Fi Mind Trading
- Product(s) not purchased directly from Fi Fi Mind Trading
- Product(s) shifted to another address and is not handled by our professional delivery team or other parties authorised by Fi Fi Mind Trading
- Any commercial or institutional use
Warranty Claim
To make a claim, kindly contact our customer service hotline (011-56951633). Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at Fi Fi Mind Trading’s sole discretion.
Upon warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Contact number
- Proof of purchase
- Specific details of the damage
- Photo or video of defective product(s)
