Shipping Method
There are three shipping options available:
1. Delivery by Truck
After order confirmation, the delivery will take approximately 1 to 7 working days for Klang Valley areas whereas other areas in Peninsular Malaysia will take up to 3 to 21 working days. You will be required to sign the Delivery Order document as the proof of receiving the goods in good condition. Our delivery team will contact you prior to the actual delivery date to schedule a delivery appointment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any preferred delivery slots. Areas covered include Klang Valley, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Johor.
2. Delivery by Courier Services
After order confirmation, we will pack and arrange the shipment within 3 working days. The delivery will take approximately 2 to 14 working days to reach. However, please allow some delays due to the courier service scheduling. Areas covered include the whole Peninsular Malaysia.
3. Self Pick-Up
Self Pick-Up are available at Shah Alam showroom and Rawang warehouse, strictly on appointment basis. After order confirmation, you will need to inform us at least ONE DAY in advance for the pick-up date. You will be required to bring along the proof of purchase upon picking up the goods.You will need to inspect the furniture carefully before leaving, we are not responsible for the damaged furniture after leaving from our showroom or warehouse.
